KBR is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Program Support Intern to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is your chance to make a real impact while supporting vital projects at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
Internship Commitment
- Work schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
- Ability to commute to/from campus as the schedule permits and as required by project needs.
Responsibilities
- Assists with various research projects, data entry, reporting and office administration tasks while receiving valuable on-the-job training. Supports day-to-day operations. Conducts research on various topics and gathers relevant information. Assists with creative projects and data-gathering for reports using Excel, Publisher, and other software programs.
- Assists with presentations of required project briefings. Provides status updates upon request. Assists with process documentation and process improvements. Assists with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Possess high attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be willing to learn new technologies and tools. Effective ability to organize and prioritize tasks are required. Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project).
Basic Qualifications
Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university in the Orlando, Florida location.
Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a national agency check and background investigation.
