Through our Leadership Development Program, our goal is to provide meaningful engagements and challenging opportunities to new undergrads who are looking for more than your typical first job out of school. The goal of our program is to give you meaningful working experiences in a global company, while we get an opportunity to see what you can do when presented with challenges and opportunities. After completing your project(s), you will have an opportunity to present your results to senior company leadership and get real-time, immediate feedback on your work-product.
Coming out of school, new hires will engage in a 24-month rotational leadership program consisting of two different assignments (12-months each) across Dover’s Operating Companies. In each assignment, participants will take meaningful IT assignments in the areas of business systems development, security operations, business intelligence and analytics, project management, process automation, machine learning, and many more! With support and mentorship from local and Dover corporate leadership, each assignment will offer a hands-on, supportive environment that fosters both formal and informal learning and development, while delivering business value. There will also be a full curriculum for personal development to accelerate your leadership capabilities while on assignment.
