In this role, you will:- Lead and manage the refurbishment project teams for multiple retail locations, across multiple regions, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Have experience in large scale retail rollout programs and working relevant knowledge regular and consistent , complex reporting rigors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of refurbishment initiatives.
- Conduct site assessments to determine refurbishment needs and identify potential challenges before project initiation.
- Have leadership experience communicating with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers services required for renovations.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Analyze post-refurbishment results, gathering customer feedback and sales data to assess the impact of refurbishments.
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation and compliance with corporate policies across all retail spaces.
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of experience in project management or site management within the retail sector.
- 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:- Experience working with third party architectural firms
- Experience in managing large-scale refurbishment projects across multiple locations
- Experience executing and influencing in a heavily matrixed environment
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience of setting goals and achieving project results
- Experience in managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Bluebeam or similar construction software
- Experience working in Microsoft Project Suite
