Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be a member of the US Marketing, NS organization and will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Neuroscience Vice President of Marketing, as well as select administrative support for other department members. Activities will include scheduling and prioritizing internal/external meetings, event planning/execution, travel arrangements, expense reports, limited document management, collaboration across the franchise and occasional back-up support for the Neuroscience President’s administrative staff. Critical capabilities include flexibility, approachability, advanced organizational skills, and proactivity.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Direct support for the VP Marketing, NS including calendar management, travel coordination and related activities
- Direct support for select personnel and activities within the NS Marketing department (e.g. Sr Directors & Directors)
- Planning for large department meetings/events & the VP’s Leadership Team activities
- Coordinate recruiting activities and assist with onboarding/transition of new team members
- Manage department materials (e.g. organization charts, distribution lists, conference rooms) and support SharePoint and other related repositories
- Collaborate with other franchise and administrative staff
The Sr. Administrative Assistant may also be involved in supporting franchise activities such as Town Hall Meetings or other cross functional gatherings, as well as general activities in support of the franchise (e.g. reporting broken items to building maintenance).
