Overview
The
Utility Porter is responsible for minor maintenance tasks and the overall upkeep of assigned areas to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This role primarily involves replacing burnt-out light bulbs, ensuring all lighting fixtures are functional, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Replace burnt-out light bulbs and ensure all lighting fixtures are operational
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces
- Report any necessary repairs or replacements to the Manager
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, and equipment as needed
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Assist with seasonal tasks, including sweeping walks, removing snow, and other incidental duties
- Perform other related duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
