The People Tech Chief of Staff office provides the essential support for our leaders who are responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the strategic technology support for all key domains across the organization.
We are looking for a Process Manager who is detail oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated to focus on key deliverables for the organization which include budget management, vendor management, forecasting, labor tracking and governance, and ad hoc analysis and reporting. As a member of the People Tech Chief of Staff team, you will also apply your analytical, risk management, program and process management skills to support technology teams and stakeholders with initiatives that will drive transformation change as we seek to build a world class technology organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support activities related to financial management, budget analysis, and reporting including labor and vendor management
Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic and complex environment
Interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the division and company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Develop, execute, and validate processes that will drive budget, labor and operational excellence
Facilitate and support budget and vendor oversight and related processes, providing thought leadership to help identify improvements for budget and vendor performance management in support of departmental objectives
Lead and manage multiple activities related to our workforce strategy, associate and NAL (non-associate labor) headcount management, vendor analysis, etc.
Design and produce metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness to be adopted and utilized across the organization
Create executive reporting that provides transparency into budget and staffing, enabling efficient and proactive responses
Drive process improvements aligned with desired outcomes that clear the way for all customers
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of deadlines and collaborate on adjustments as needed
Interpret business requirements and ensure appropriate planning is in place to produce deliverables that exceed expectations
Partner with project customers to provide tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Leverage problem solving skills to resolve and escalate issues, ensuring project plans deliver on time, in scope, and on budget
React seamlessly to change in priorities and delivery focus
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience with Process Management or Project Management
At least 2 years of experience with budget analysis and budget management
At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite
At least 2 years of experience preparing presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
5+ years of experience in Process Management
5+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience creating presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and partnership skills
