THE WORKThe candidate for this role will operate across RMS and the OneLM team leading mission-focused strategies and executing associated initiatives. For example, cross-cutting efforts such as ubiquitous sensing, non-kinetic effects, and maritime-space integration. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams and operational customer collaborations to address emergent mission needs and partner on strategy-informed technology and product strategies.
This role will be responsible for the following areas:
• Drive identification, shaping, and preparing opportunities and position the business to be rapidly responsive and disrupt the environment
• Lead coordination of RMS involvement in exercises and demos, coordinating across LoB and Cross-BA stakeholder groups, to align strategies, resources, and execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams, interface with the corporate mission roadmaps and 21CS team, to align strategies and solutions
• Develop key business and customer relationships to achieve roadmaps
• Ensure coordination across 21CS and Cross-BA activities and represent RMS interests
• Ensure coordination across all levers including IRAD, CRAD, partnerships, ventures, and M&A

Basic Qualifications:• Knowledge and experience with Combatant Commands, DARPA, IARPA, Service S&T, OSD, Intelligence Community, and/or Service customers, advanced programs, industry partners and competitors
• Candidate must have an understanding of the current customer mission environment and insight into the competitive landscape demonstrating the ability to assess approaches and strategies
• Ability to excel with disruption strategies and rapid response conditions
• Familiarity with the Joint Long-Range Architecture, Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Project Overmatch and other Service JADC2 initiatives
• Experience working across organizational boundaries
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Desired Skills:• Ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP clearances
• Technical and/or operational competencies related to advanced battle management command and control (BMC2), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (ISR&T), advanced communications, radar, electronic warfare (EW), Cyber warfare, lower tier air domain, live virtual constructive (LVC) training, and/or joint all domain operations (JADO)
• Knowledge of next generation warfare concepts at the Joint and Service levels
• Experience with small businesses, non-traditional businesses, and SBIR
• Experience evaluating early-stage companies and partnering with venture capital
• Experience crafting, creating/building, and delivering presentations to executive management and customers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $236,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
