Deputy Program Manager
KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support our government customer in Chantilly. The Deputy Program Management position provides daily program management and oversight for all tasks and requirements associated with this contract. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall be accountable for ensuring all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets
Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).
Responsible for planning, directing, and scheduling the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the SOW.
Submission of all items to be delivered under this contract.
Has direct control over the Contractor team.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Provides management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting. financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support.
Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables.
Responsible for assisting in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff.
Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and other technical documentation. Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics)
5+ years of experience in mission engineering supporting the Intelligence Community
Knowledge of government satellite systems and GEOINT mission fundamentals
Experience with GEOINT processing, including orbital analysis, vehicle health monitoring, geolocation, and data collection
Employment of Digital Engineering and MBSE
Knowledge/experience with GEOINT and/or SIGINT collection platforms
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Masters Degree
PMP
5 years NRO Experience
