Overview
The General Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance tasks, including preventive and reactive maintenance, with a focus on plumbing systems. This role ensures the upkeep and functionality of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while providing on-the-job training for candidates with no prior experience.

Basic Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in maintenance or a similar field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including identifying and repairing leaks, clearing drains, and maintaining fixtures.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, mechanical equipment, electrical components, HVAC systems, and other facility infrastructure.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies, including spills or equipment failures, and perform necessary janitorial or maintenance tasks.
- Assist in addressing client, site, or customer emergencies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities remain in good working condition by following established maintenance protocols.
