You'll be a critical component in supporting business growth in your retail store district. You will help communicate business changes and key messages. You’ll drive a team composed of Retail Store Managers. Your main objective will be to develop a vision and purpose, along with sales strategies to motivate and inspire those most impacted by your direct reports. You’ll build a high-performance team culture, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding sales results through excellent customer experiences.
Developing staff and leading the sales and experience efforts across your Retail district to deliver outstanding results.
Fostering leadership qualities in your direct reports to motivate and coach their teams to achieve high performance results, and to create a culture of collaboration and curiosity.
Managing and growing the existing customer base.
Monitoring financial, budgeting, and sales reporting for retail stores in your territory, and driving high-margin revenue across all branded distribution.
Delivering shared customer experiences across the geography.
Leading and communicating with teams as appropriate to ensure that deliverables are executed and best practices are shared across teams.
Leading geographically dispersed teams by facilitating meetings, evaluating issues, providing solutions, and driving results against timelines.
Identifying and facilitating new store openings, relocations, and refreshes.
Developing local community relationships.
Resolving employee and customer escalations in a timely manner.
Ensure others understand the "why" behind change and strategies being set for the organization.

You’ll need to have:
Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Retail management experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Knowledge of the wireless industry.
Familiarity with billing systems and software packages.
Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experiencing forecasting, tracking, and reporting key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to present to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
