ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mixes paint of all finishes.
- Sets up and maintains all equipment.
- Records wet and dry mil readings.
- Takes and records inside and outside temperature readings.
- Takes and records dew point and R.H. readings.
- Records daily paint usage.
- Sandblasts.
- Paints units with number of necessary coats.
- Properly reports labor.
- Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
- Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
- Read and write English.
- Knowledge of company safety policies.
- Prior Painting Experience Preferred.
