Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Quality Manager (Level L) to support the 787 Delivery Center Flight Line based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and first-level managers performing management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with executives, managers, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
5+ years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing organization
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with quality investigations and the MRB process
Experience with the One BPS system
The ability to manage, develop and motivate employees
Experience completing process-oriented tasks accurately and in an organized manner
Self-starter who creates and implements job-related solutions and procedures
Proficient in Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and Systematic Problem Solving
Strong Quality Management Systems/Business Acumen; Adaptability, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focus, Managing Conflict, Building Positive Relationship, Ethical Leadership
Demonstrated skills in Team Building, Systematic Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation

Summary pay range: $134,300 - $181,700
