WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to serve on a contract supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Creating, reviewing, and tracking correspondence progress through the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Force Readiness (ODASD-FR) directorates.
- Managing quality control and content analysis for staffing of classified and unclassified correspondence.
- Assisting with the preparation of changes to pertinent policies, instructions, manuals and operating instructions.
- Monitoring the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) for taskers.
- Coordinating with the offices of responsibility for each package while monitoring timelines and suspenses to ensure timeliness.
- Ensures all correspondence for the ODASD-FR is error free, timely and written in a clear and concise manner.
- Planning and supporting meetings, to include locating and booking conference facilities, drafting invitations, supporting registration and/or RSVP related tasks, coordinating calendars, preparing briefing slides, recording and disseminating minutes
- Maintaining a comprehensive awareness of policies and objectives, maintaining and monitoring the calendar of appointments including public appearances and social commitments for the DASD-FR.
- Maintaining suspense dates for timely completion of assignments and handling non-routine clerical and administrative problems.
- Assisting government staff as they prepare packages for short-turn deliverables in accordance with applicable DoD Manuals for Written Materials.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 years of executive level administrative support for the Department of Defense or other government agency.
- Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Direct experience supporting any ODASD.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
