Position Summary DetailsThe Lead Floor Tech Overnight is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. Lead with special projects. The Lead Floor Tech is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners
Pay: $21.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities - Clean and maintain floors in accordance with company standards.
- Perform floor care tasks, including shampooing, extraction, stripping, and waxing floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Notify the manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment used for floor care and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary to access and clean all areas of the floor.
- Gather and empty trash from floor areas and ensure common spaces are tidy.
- Perform incidental seasonal tasks, such as snow removal or maintenance of outdoor walkways, as needed.
Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available
Preferred Qualifications - Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
- 2 yrs of similar work experience
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
