Join our team as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, where you’ll oversee essential manufacturing functions within the Marietta facility. This position offers the opportunity to lead multiple fabrication areas—including Aircraft Parts Weld, Metal Finish, Paint, and Heat Treat—to ensure production goals are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.
What You Will Be Doing• Lead and manage a represented workforce across various manufacturing functions, optimizing resource utilization to meet operational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and development of team members, setting clear work assignments and performance expectations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve both technical and personnel issues, maintaining smooth production flow and a collaborative work environment.
• Manage, track, and report on key metrics to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring processes align with strategic objectives and enhance efficiency.
• Provide performance feedback, and motivate employees, holding the team accountable to meet production standards and safety requirements.

• Experience with Fabrication of Assembly Parts, Weld Applications, Heat Treat, Metal Finish, Paint &/or Parts Fabrication Processes.
Desired Skills:• Experience in leading in a union environment
• Basic experience with utilizing military specifications in the manufacturing process
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principals
• Experience in prioritize work centers and team to maintain throughput standards

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
