As an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise supporting target development to work alongside thought leaders in the synthetic training environment on projects for a Joint Fires Rehearsal Center. You’ll use your skills and expertise as you assist with the creation, dissemination, and application of multi-domain, full spectrum finished intelligence products into exercise design, intelligence analysis, and tactical operations. Work with us to help assist clients in training and conventional methods of the targeting process.

You Have:
- Experience with the analysis, assessment, and creation of finished intelligence within an intelligence work center
- Experience working within an intelligence and operational fusion cell with a focus on special operations target development and target engagement methodologies
- Knowledge of multi-domain, full-spectrum intelligence, including HUMINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT
- Ability to understand the capabilities and limitations of various intelligence capabilities and their application to target development, target trigger, and kinetic strike
- Ability to coordinate, mentor, and facilitate intelligence training audiences with learning objectives and intelligence development
- Ability to provide hands-on facilitation and mentorship appropriate with intelligence training audiences
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience serving as the intelligence liaison between intelligence, operations, SJA, and senior leadership
- Knowledge of the intelligence community at large and special operations specific intelligence processes and procedures
- Ability to advise stakeholders on key development, conduct reviews, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with client-facing learning objectives during simulated training exercises
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
