As a Dealer Success Associate on the John Deere ExpertConnect team, located in Johnston, IA, you will become a product expert to support dealers and colleagues across John Deere. You will provide support through phone, chat, and email via the ExpertConnect ticketing system. In addition, you will:
- Collaborate with fellow dealer success associates, product managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve product adoption and utilization goals.
- Validate reported issues and escalate them to the product team for resolution. Gather and communicate dealer feedback and feature requests to product managers effectively.
- Lead and support various AI and automation projects to enhance the impact and scalability of the ExpertConnect team.
- Create dealer communication and training materials in written, Power Point, and video formats.

- One or more years of experience working directly with customers and a strong understanding of product offerings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate conversations with frustrated or dissatisfied customers, providing empathy and reassurance
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- One or more years of experience working directly with John Deere dealers
- Background in customer or dealer success
- Proficient in creating Power Point presentations and other communication materials
- Background in Agriculture or Construction
- Experience working with colleagues across different countries and cultures
- Bilingual in English and one or more European or Hispanic languages
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology or equivalent experience.
