Program Summary
KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Job Summary
Performs Cryogenics 7-level scheduled/unscheduled inspections and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on Liquid Oxygen (LOX) flight line servicing carts, Gaseous Oxygen servicing trailers, Nitrogen servicing Trailers. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain compressed gas equipment. Performing cryogenic maintenance on mobile aircraft servicing units, Aerospace Ground Equipment, subsystems, components, and associated test equipment. Inspecting and evaluate ground equipment for Electrical and Environmental (E & E) maintenance activities and determine operational status of assigned assets. Coordinating the activities involved in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment. Provides instruction and guidance to less experienced maintenance personnel. Assigns work to subordinate personnel. Schedules equipment to be serviced and/or maintained and ensures the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities
Schedule Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Inspections.
Performs Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance.
Gaseous Oxygen and Gaseous Nitrogen Cylinder Monitor.
Orders full aviators breathing oxygen cylinders and full dry nitrogen cylinders as needed.
Sign off performed inspections and maintenance in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
Other duties assigned.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizen.
High School diploma or equivalent.
4 years’ experience in Aircraft Liquid Oxygen cart servicing cryogenics and cryotainer maintenance.
Completed USAF or other service Cryogenic (Cryotainer) Maintenance Course.
Possess Cryogenic course completion certificate.
Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).
