Leidos is hiring Requirements Engineers and/or Business Process Analysts to join our team in Springfield, VA. This is an exciting long term opportunity for individuals with a passion for Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Analysis and related skills. This position will enhance your knowledge of DoDAF, DOORS and/or Agile environments while contributing to a compelling mission.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and apply processes to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, and/or evaluate requirements for military weapons systems.
Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
Apply systems engineering and/or business process experience to perform functions such as requirement elicitation, requirements management, requirements tracing, system integration, and configuration management.
Manage requirements and ensure traceability via COTS requirements management software
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS in Systems Engineering, Business Process Analytics, EE, ME, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics Engineering, Biology, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, or a related field and 7+ years of experience OR MA/MS in a related field and 15+ years of experience
Active Secret clearance with ability to be approved for Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Systems Engineering Professional Accreditation.
Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS).
Experience with DODAF Architecture.
Experience working in an Agile Environment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00
