Description:We are seeking a Systems Integration/Test Leader to support our Space 1lmx Team. In this role, you will provide leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure the Space 1LMX NCA (Non Core Application) team meets or exceeds quality, cost, and schedule objectives. You will work closely with other functional organizations, including EO 1LMX, Space ERP, Change Management Office, Finance and Planning, to ensure operational & testing commitments are met. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with a dynamic leadership style to drive integration efficiency and change across the Space 1LMX organization.
In this role, you will have day-to-day management responsibility for Space NCA portfolio and Test execution. Serving as the primary point of contact between product teams and 1LMX implementation test cycles.
• Managing the Space NCA portfolio including the identification and 1LMX impact disposition
• Collaborating with other Space organizations on the 1LMX business impacts including the Change management office
• Provide NCA progress status for business cycle reporting like month end IMOR
• Oversee & reporting the NCA test execution for major 1LMX implementation including but not limited to Opp Hub, LMTalent Center (HCM), S/4 HANA & supporting eco systems
o Including the setup of test environments and the management of test data
o Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with other BAs
o Coordinate with Space POC’s from Finance and HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of testing activities
o Monitor and report on test progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
o Review, analyze, and maintain test results, providing detailed reports, metrics, and recommendations for improvements

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
