Responsibilities:

Answer phones, filing, scanning
Monitor and manage the front desk, greet clients and vendors, manage client pick-ups and pick-up drawer inventory
Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, maintain organization of office, manage incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
Develop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm's products and services
Produce high quality work in compliance with work processing guidelines and firm standards
Assist other administrative staff with research and overflow work as needed

Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services setting required
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is a plus
Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
Ability to work with a diverse group of clients and employees, and maintaining a positive attitude towards work, the firm, and the team
