CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Financial Analysts to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide analytical and subject matter expertise to the CFO and subordinate offices.
- Research, review, investigate, reconcile, and clear unpaid obligations and balances.
- Review, verify, validate, update, track, and process Financial Plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, and communicate new processes to stakeholders.
- Update and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); implement approved processes.
- Retrieve documents, review for fiscal validity, and communicate necessary to clarifications and/or corrections.
- Analyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactions.
- Manage DIA debt processing and confidential military purchase fund transactions.
- Perform economic, regulatory, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement performance measures.
- Identify lessons learned to establish trends and resolutions to improve effectiveness.
- Provide support in completing monthly and annual tasks in support of audit readiness.
Perform other client- and program-directed duties as assigned
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.
Expected salary range: $80,000-$100,000.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree //OR// 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
- Two to four years of professional federal work experience.
- Possess strong leadership and project management skills.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- Current, active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Government travel voucher processing experience.
- Experience performing financial systems analysis.
- Experience verifying financial plans.
