KBR's Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions, is seeking a Director of Maritime Solutions to join our team. This is an exciting, fast-paced position that supports KBR Maritime customers in digital transformation. This position is full-time and located in Orlando, FL. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office or at customer facilities. Duties include program management, business development, and digital transformation solutioning for KBR Navy and Marine Corps customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Test & Evaluation, and Systems Engineering
Education: Master Degree in a technical discipline with a Bachelors Degree in engineering
Certifications: PMP or DAU certification in Program Mangement
Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with an active/current TS/SCI Clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Executive MBA
- Test Pilot School Graduate
- 10+ years in NAVAIR Program Management
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
