About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an
Operational Accounting Associate in

In this role, you will:- Provide operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the account policy requirements
- Perform customer account maintenance duties
- Perform operational accounting activities related to account reconcilement and maintenance
- Evaluate the operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Manage incoming tax mail and correspondence as well index and upload to applicable workflows.
- Mailroom opening, sorting, and distribution experience
- Office Administrator experience
- Effective and efficient organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- BA or BS or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics and Reporting
- Experience with Property Tax Management Software (PTMS) or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel) skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Effective analytical skills
Job Expectations:- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule
- The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; within 6 am to 6:00 pm CST.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
