About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Managers in Corporate Credit Risk Management. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups with a focus on the following.
This role will report to Head of Credit Strategy, Planning and Governance.
In this role, you will:- Manage and develop a small team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
- Facilitate staffing and planning initiatives in partnership with Finance
- Design, implement, and manage Credit Officer training program
- Manage and enhance delegated credit authority program
- Design and facilitate critical meeting event (e.g. townhalls, site visits, manager meetings, etc.)
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement.
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:- Knowledge of Corporate Risk and/or Corporate Credit Risk.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework and relevant policies and procedures.
- Strong strategic planning and execution background.
- Experience in employee engagement and learning initiatives.
- Thorough knowledge of Wells Fargo's systems and operational infrastructure
- Proven experience in facilitating the execution of key processes that enable prompt execution of the monitoring and management of key risk
- Experience working with team members of all levels, including senior executives (OC+1).
