About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join the Remarketing team within Auto Operations. Members of this team are responsible for the inventory and tracking of Wells Fargo assets that are taken to auction.

In this role, you will:- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, or operational support tasks
- Enter data into Wells Fargo systems with precision
- Review inventory reporting for accuracy and follow up as needed
- Communicate with cross-business units, auto auction vendors, and other third parties
- Review, research, analyze, problem solve, and process moderately complex issues
- Regularly adapt to changes in processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and recommend solutions
- May assist in the development, review, and revision of department policy and procedures
- Escalate non-routine questions to more experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - Ability to accurately document account information and achieve high quality standards
- Systems experience to include CARs, iTop, iRepo, Auto IMS or the equivalent
- Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and facilitate issue resolution with both internal and external parties
- Knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines/service level agreements (SLAs), achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally with all levels, both within the line of business and with external business partners
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and understanding of auto policies and procedures
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
