You'll go home feeling like you made a difference. As a Sr. Rep – Recoveries Ops, you'll spend your day speaking with customers over the phone assisting them with finding solutions to resolve title concerns, disputes, OCAs, and affidavits. Every call is an opportunity for you to use your negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with customers and create long lasting business relationships. As a member of the team, you will receive extensive training with an emphasis on compliance and negotiating and selling skills to ensure routines are consistent and based on industry best practices. This position provides an opportunity to grow individual leadership, knowledge of Auto Finance, and may lead to supervisory or management opportunities!
