Overview
The Curbside Lead oversees the curbside traffic enforcement (TEO) employees. Enforces FAA regulations, assistpassengers with general questions regarding directions, and terminal services. Excellent customer service is required. In some instances, air terminal attendants may function as translators and work with foreign travelers.
Pay: $18.00 hr.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) or more years of supervisory and customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, assist, and monitor traffic enforcement employees (work assignments, breaks, etc.)
• Adhere to FFA regulations regarding curbside parking and waiting
• Communicate information and directions clearly and effectively with guests
• Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries.
• Report passenger emergencies to Airport Control Center and ABM management in a timely manner (injuries, stalled vehicles, etc.)
• Predict, communicate, and perform necessary lot closures during heavy traffic peaks
• Monitor, identify, and arrange for extra support for heavy traffic flows.
• Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
• Report necessary concerns to management in a timely manner
• Must be available weekends and holidays
