Description:You will be supporting the PAC-3 Launcher Maintenance Depot within the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering Organization. As an Items Analyst responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Work location is 530 SW 14th St, Dallas, TX 75051 (Bldg. 105)
What You Will Be Doing The candidate will support the Launcher Maintenance Recapitalization and Repair & Return programs located in Grand Prairie, TX, and will support Contractor Field Support (CLS) actions throughout the repair process to ensure all parts are completed on time. This position will provide the PAC-3 program with Logistics Support for both Production and Sustainment efforts. Logistics efforts include coordinating supply related services for material / hardware movements in support of program activities based on the Program schedule. Coordinate shipments in and out of the facility. Support movement of hardware in and out labs. Candidate must be able to work well with other team members, handle multiple tasks and provide logistical support for a multitude of different contracts. Candidate must be able to work in an environment which requires them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Individual will interface with contract administrators, production control and material management to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and that promised delivery dates meet customer commitments. Candidate will be required to prepare DD250’s utilizing the Electronic Shipping System, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all reports and records. Awareness and/or experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Coordinates with program POC's to provide timely status which requires interfacing with multiple functional groups to achieve completion of sustainment activities. Provide Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) to over 14 FMS and USG customers focused on repair, return, and overhaul while ensuring accountability and tracking of all repairs, inductions, shipments, and current status.

Basic Qualifications:• Associate degree from an accredited college (Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or Mathematics) OR equivalent years’ experience.
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, TEAMs, PowerPoint)
• Logistics or Manufacturing background
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to review data and statuses and derive trends
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
• SAP experience
• MRO experience
Desired Skills:• Prior Logistics experience
• High degree of Information Technology skills to allow development of minor software routines to perform data compilation for trends analysis, graphical presentations, and reports generation are preferred.
• Ability to read reports and interpret data
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Sustainment and Depot Operations experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
