What’s the Role?
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on two primary objectives: onboarding and training new loan officers, and developing brand strategies for our top-performing loan officers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong passion for marketing, exceptional communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
Aa Marketing Manager with unparalleled customer service, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new loan officers.
- Conduct training sessions on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
- Drive the utilization of our CRM and Marketing Platforms while training them on best practices.
- Provide concierge services for our top-performing loan officers to enhance their brand and visibility through both traditional and digital marketing strategies as well as social media.
- Act as a liaison between the LO’s and our Creative Teams to complete work that meets LO expectations, while continually providing updates on progress.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Proactively manage your day to ensure action items for other team members are completed on time in order to meet LO expectations.
- Must be able to deliver a clear, concise and accurate message, both written and verbal.
Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:
- A bachelor’s degree with 3-5 year’s applicable experience with marketing and customer service.
- You are an extraordinary communicator – both written and verbal – with unsurpassed listening skills.
- Heavy project management and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Adobe Suite experience is also preferred.
- You’re positive and love spreading good vibes – you know how to get a finicky customer to see the light!
