Position: Senior Design Engineer
Exp: 4 – 7 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performs design activities including: 3D modeling, drawing generation, tolerance analysis,
- GD&T.
- Designs product and product tooling. Supports project engineers by completing customer
- deliverable documentation.
- Performs theoretical mechanical modeling analysis for thermal and structural stress.
- Perform updates of manufacturing and test documentation.
- Create detail part drawings per ANSI Y 14.5M-2009.Cr
- 3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in Solidworks PLM
- Part and product design, Structural and thermal analysis
- Exposure to manufacturing processes (preferably Injection molding, precision sheet metal components and Precision Machined parts) and fixture design
- Statistical tolerance analysis, design documentation.
Must Have Skills:
- 3D modelling and drafting using Solid works
- Product documentation in Solid works PLM,
- Part and product design,
- Structural and thermal analysis,
- Exposure to manufacturing processes (preferably Injection molding, precision sheet metal components and Precision Machined parts) and fixture design
