Who You AreThe Global Supply Chain - F-35 International Co - Production SPM - acts as the main focal point to the Subcontractor & Program Management Office.
What You Will Be DoingLeading teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs.
Directing and managing all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system.
Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans, that address overall program capture needs and execution.
Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.
Making decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishing milestone objectives and managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
Leading teams normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement employees

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with schedule, cost, and performance responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management Experience
- Experienced Professional Communicator
Desired Skills:
- Production Operations Experience
- Experience with international suppliers
- Proven skills in risk analysis and mitigation implementation
- Firm understanding of how to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively demonstrates supplier performance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
