Description:Candidate will be responsible for conducting standard Industrial Engineering activities but is also expected to assist with the planning and execution of new production areas, development of analytics tools, conduct data analytics and track cost and schedule performance and establish manufacturing health metrics for multiple areas. Additional tasks include, but are not limited to, efficiency calculations, capacity assessments, trend analysis and other process improvement activities. The candidate will be expected to drive continuous improvements projects, capture cost savings and perform project manager duties. Finally, the candidate will be required to present their analysis and recommendations to various levels of management.
Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar Engineering degree
-Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
-Ability to obtain Security Clearance
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
Desired Skills:- Tableau/SQL/Python/Data Analytics experience
- Experience in engineering software tools commonly used such as AutoCAD or Creo and Simulation Software (such as SIMIO, Process Sim, or others)
- Manufacturing Experience
- Facilities Layout/Factory Design Experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
