Description:We are Lockheed MartinQuality Engineer Sr Stf (Level 5)The position is for the Marietta Quality Ground Regulations Assurance GOPs Site Lead reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Quality Ground Regulations Assurance responsible for the daily performance and oversight of Ground Operations Procedures, AGDI, RCCA, PCAMs, Corrective CAR Processes and Performance, Foreign Object Debris Processes and DCMA Customer Support.
The successful applicant must have working knowledge of DCMA 8210.1, QADs, ICA, PCAMs, Vision, Business Object, WordPress, BOX, DOMMs, JTD, OARs and have the ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative/qualitative analytical capabilities to communicate and influence others in a concise, data driven manner.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
Secret Clearance needed to start.

Discover Marietta.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering.
- Practical experience of maintenance, operational procedures, and flight dynamics for the C-130 Hercules, F-22 Raptor, and F-35 Lightning II.
- Strong background with DCMA 8210.1 requirements.
- Prior position as DCMA Government Flight Representative or DCMA Government Ground Representative.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to interface effectively with executive leadership on strategic and tactical issues affecting the quality of products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated track record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Ability to balance teaming and flexibility while maintaining independence and ensuring process adherence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change.
- Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management.
- Ability to drive the foundation for business and program performance.
- Ability to form creative partnerships to improve execution and competitive performance.
Desired Skills:- Demonstrated familiarity and proficiency with Q&MS systems, F-35 Production and Sustainment processes specifically in the areas of Business Objects, WordPress, DOMMS, JTD, SFM, QADs, PCAMs.
- Demonstrated quality management system understanding and quality science expertise in one or more of the following areas: statistical analysis & process control, sampling, six sigma, FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, process auditing or validation, root cause analysis and corrective action validations.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and/or related Technical Background/Experience.
- Ability to handle a large amount of responsibility and autonomy with demonstrated effective development of plans and execution of assignments.
- Demonstrated Presentation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build consensus, shape/influence opinions.
- Emerging Leadership skills and experience with project management.
- Ability to think and act strategically.
- Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
