Join our J830 Final Assembly C Aisle team, part of the renowned Panther’s Den at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Our team of specialists work directly on the production floor to provide hands-on support to mechanics and leaders. Specialists are critical to the success of our operations, utilizing their expertise in SFM, QADS, and Engineering Drawings to effectively guide and assist mechanics in achieving optimal performance on the floor.
What You Will Be Doing• Conduct daily reviews of aircraft status, including nonconformances and constraints, and provide critical updates to the leadership team.
• Take ownership of both aircraft and line of business, ensuring that essential information and status updates are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind from day one, fostering a collaborative and solution-focused work environment.
• Play a pivotal role in impacting cost, schedule, and quality by driving aircraft status reviews to ensure timely resolution and alignment with key objectives.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience with SVMS, SFM, QADS, &/or Engineering Drawings
• Aircraft manufacturing experience
• Experience with reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and process specifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills:• Experience with STK, NFS, and SAP
• Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills; work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
