Wells Fargo has recently entered into an agreement to sell the third-party servicing function of Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) to Trimont Global LLC (Trimont). The sale is expected to close in early 2025 (the "Closing Date"). We are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting CMS but want to ensure you are aware that should you be selected for and accept this position, you will also receive an offer from Trimont prior to the Closing Date with similar employment terms and conditions following your Wells Fargo start date. In this role, you will:- Support line of business regarding insurance escrow process, administrative responsibilities, and phone work
- Manage multiple priorities and provide customer service
- Deliver feedback and recommend solutions to improve processes and tools within the escrow team
- Perform complex tasks such as research, review, analyze, and recommend actions related to processing invoices and reimbursement requests with exposure to sensitive information
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures
- Act as first point of contact for all parties regarding invoice payments and reimbursement requests
- Interact with managers, individuals, Lenders, Special Servicers, Insurance Agents and Companies, etc. during the invoice and reimbursement request process
- Collaborate with Third Party Vendor and offshore team in resolving exceptions, and use specific criteria to quality assure and report metric results and feedback on a weekly/monthly basis
- Collaborates with management in the formulation of work procedures, policies and methods to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo, legal, investor, regulatory, and business policies, which directly affect the work unit and other departments
- Handle special projects that primarily impact his/her functional area or specific department
- Escalate issues, evaluate and process borrowers' servicing requests in conjunction with asset managers, internal and external counsel, and business partners, and ensure quality customer service is provided to internal/external customers
- Conduct quality assurance of loans to ensure process and procedures for each department function are being followed

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures
- Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
- Ability to independently provide summaries and make strategic recommendations on operational data
