Overview
The Weekend Supervisor - GMP Cleaning will be responsible for the weekend, day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned building. Manage shift/daily sanitization schedule. Manage expiration dates for consumables, cleaning solutions as well as sanitization activities. Ensures it is within acceptable range prior to beginning task. Ensure cleaners are support all GMP manufacturing production suites by performing all tasks as outlined per assigned SOPs. Perform daily WFI hose sanitizations, making up solutions as outlined on SOP and log activities in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good documentation procedures (GDP), review documentation as appropriate . Expected to attain an advanced understanding of GMP compliance while training associates under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique and cross contamination awareness in handling of products and materials. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.
Working 4/10s, this position will cover Friday through Monday, from 9am to 8pm.

Job Duties
- Manages and provides leadership to Lead personnel assigned to the buildings.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned building. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
- Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
- Manage quality control and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
- Ensure all personal and team required training is current at all times.
- Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
- Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring the Leads are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations.
- Ensure that all paperwork for employees (vacation requests, sick time tracking, uniform requests, etc.) is complete and accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and experience in a GMP environment strongly preferred
- Have knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

Organizational Relationships
- Reports to the Facility Manager or Operations Manager but interacts with the Local Management Team and the client directly on a daily basis.
