Your Impact
The Lead Analyst, Digital Category Management will lead internal and external research and/or benchmarking, lead review/analyze customer information and other relevant data, conduct analysis, while also guiding the team in communicating insights and recommendations within their assigned area to leadership. The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives. They will actively create action plans and delegate to address key opportunity areas.
The Lead Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers and will be expected to help coach and develop/lead less experienced analysts.
What you will do
•In partnership with Category Manager, manage the digital experience strategy for their assigned Merchandising Division, $100M-$400M annually, via aggregation of insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations
•Produce weekly insights and present to key partners including but not limited to following up on status of cross functional deliverables, discuss any strategic updates, and partner close with online and core merchandising
•Regularly present insights and recommendations to cross functional leaders (Dir, DMM, VP) to guide future digital strategies for Lowes.com
•Partner with Digital Category Management leadership team, or solely lead, the creation of strategic calendars for MDVs for the upcoming fiscal year and share with cross functional teams so they can use the data when creating their calendars
•Partner across the Digital Commerce organization, working closely with leadership at the Director/Sr Director level to drive technological developments that will enhance their respective MDV experience on Lowes.com
•Guide Analyst level associates to analyze and leverage customer data, site behaviors, pre/posttransaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the Omni-Channel customer experience, including identification of opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), digital content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and post-transaction results. Lead data analysis on own when needed or to support the project or team
•Lead Analysts towards successful project completion (6 - 10 projects) to deliver goals and partner with Manager to best address developmental and/or coaching opportunities along the way
•Provide tactical support specific to in season opportunities to react to near term business trends and drivers
•Assist creation of strategic calendars for MDVs for the upcoming fiscal year, align with Category Manager and Category Director, and share with cross functional teams so they can use in creating their calendars.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
•6-7 years relevant experience
•3-5 years' experience in e-commerce, OmniChannel merchandising/marketing, Brand or Product Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•2-3 years Adobe analytics, PowerBI, Google analytics Experience
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects: prioritization, planning and task delegation
•Demonstrated ability to analyze data, apply forecasting methods, draw insights, and translate into business recommendations.

Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
