Our work depends on an Information Management Specialist joining our team to provide innovation coordination knowledge management support to a complex, multi-tenant program in Tampa, FL.
HOW AN INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Primary Responsibilities: Innovation Coordination
Interface with stakeholders to solicits inputs through formal surveys and informal means to determine innovation focus areas, capability gaps, and process gaps or improvement opportunities.
When applicable, interface with partner organizations to identify relevant capabilities.
Work with Technical lead to assess and document emerging technology and trends; identify different options for obtaining and implementing enterprise, commercial, and data solutions that enable operations.
Consolidates and analyzes inputs to generate templated request documents for PMO tracking to completion.
Assists operations and quality management in the development and documentation of TTPs.
Works with Technical Lead and PMO team to coordinates Technical Innovation Boards.
Work with Technical lead to define innovation projects, and feasibility studies include contemplated integration with current solutions.
Supports the development of documentation to guide new system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and refinement of newly implemented systems.
Provides in-progress reports on innovation initiatives.
Coordinates with operations, cyber security, quality, and training management personnel to ensure innovations are available for enterprise-wide implementation.
Secondary Responsibilities: Knowledge Management
Develops information management plans supporting an internet-based program which describe how team members manage data.
Coordinates across all program functions to ensure plans contemplate existing information and emerging requirements.
Develops supporting procedures and assists operational management in enforcement.
Supports task order management portal configuration, access control, functionality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related technical disciplines
Required Experience: Requires 2+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility in the future.
Location: MacDill AFB, on customer site. This is a full-time onsite position and does not offer hybrid options.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
