Boeing Global Services is looking for a Senior Business Manager for the Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support (BSAS) Joint Venture located in Fort Campbell, KY.
The applicant selected for this role manages employees from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function. Performs/Executes/Completes/Accomplishes integration of disciplines from more than one Financial, Procurement, Contracts, Estimating, IT, or Business management job family and/or other business functions. Applies independent, specialized technical expertise to a wide range of business objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employee.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads all Business Operations and functional leadership for Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support (BSAS)
- Establishes the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) for the BSAS Joint Venture
- Serves as the Deputy to the General Manager, and Secretary to the JV Board of Directors
- Manages overall performance of business to LRBP including revenue, orders, cash and earnings
- Approves all financial statements, proposals, procurements, capital forecast, audited financial statements, audits, incurred cost submissions and negotiations, forward pricing rates, tax return (shared with partners tax department), and earnings distribution to the Partners/Members
- Provides direction and oversight for all business functions to execute on a daily basis, meeting external customer goals, adhering to and establishing all internal policies, processes and procedures and establishing and making progress towards long term growth goals and strategies
- Assesses financial viability of growth initiatives
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and advanced knowledge in finance, accounting, estimating, proposals, procurement, disclosure statements, procurements, contracts and associated policies, practices and processes
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of industry, marketplace, customer issues and the value proposition of products and services
- Leads the IT organization of BSAS
- The management team participates in all aspects of managing the BSAS JV
- Engages with various stakeholders as needed
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- 5+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience leading and driving financial strategies and processes
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- MBA and/or CPA
- 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external collaborators (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and performing projects
- Willing to perform all work onsite
- Experience leading a team with a diverse statement of work.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $133,450 - $180,550
