Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft ATA to Defender Identity & Intune Administrator to manage, deploy, and maintain our mobile device management (MDM) solutions and endpoint security policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in device management, experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and a proactive approach to improving the security and efficiency of our mobile infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· ATA to Microsoft Defender for Identity: proven experience gathering ATA deployment configuration and establish pre-requisite requirements and dependencies, plan and execute migration to defender for identity. Knowledge of deployment support for multi-forest environments, sensor deployment and configuration strategy on domain controllers and eventual ATA decommissioning best practices.

· Microsoft Defender for Endpoint in Intune: Knowledge and experience establishing a service to service connection between intune and Microsoft defender for endpoint, usage of intune policy to onboard devices with Microsoft defender for endpoint, Intune device compliance policies to set risk allowances, use of conditional access policies, and app protection policies for enrolled and unenrolled devices.

· Device and Application Management: Configure, manage, and deploy policies for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops via Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and reliable access to corporate applications.

· User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Intune and Endpoint Manager, resolving technical issues related to MDM, device enrollment, and security policies.

· Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including configuration profiles, app protection, device compliance policies, and conditional access.

· Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Intune performance and generate reports on device compliance, usage, security incidents, and operational efficiency.

· Integration with Other Microsoft Services: Work closely with Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and other related Microsoft services to ensure seamless integration and policy management.

· Training and Documentation: Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and IT support staff to improve Intune knowledge and self-service capabilities.

· Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and security risks associated with MDM and Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in Microsoft Intune administration or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

· Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent certifications (preferred).

· Technical Skills:

o Expertise in Microsoft Intune, MDM, and mobile application management (MAM)

o Proficiency with Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and conditional access policies

o Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android Enterprise

o Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
