What We Need:
The Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the Director, Prescriber Adoption. This team member will be the main point of contact for all Salesforce administration and configuration needs at Synapse Health. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure our teams can effectively connect with prescribers, providers, and other key partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with our business processes and contributes to operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new Salesforce functionality and customizations to support business processes.
- Create and manage fields, objects, flows, record types, and workflows to enhance productivity and meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce by performing regular data imports, updates, and quality checks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights for internal teams.
- Train and support end users on Salesforce features and best practices, including onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce issues, collaborating with third-party vendors if necessary.
- Implement and monitor security controls and permissions to maintain system security and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending enhancements and system improvements as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, exploring new ways Salesforce can support business operations and efficiency.
What You Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including configuration, workflows, and data management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, and automated processes within Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of data management and validation, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn department- and job-specific software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
What Sets You Apart:
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare industry compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and custom workflows.
- Demonstrated experience supporting change management and process improvements using Salesforce.
