Centurion Consulting is looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer for a REMOTE opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications and configurations. Automate deployment processes to ensure consistent and efficient releases across environments.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce metadata, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Work closely with engineers, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, lead root cause analysis, review and remediate code, optimize performance, and resolve technical challenges. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient use of Salesforce capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deploy updates and fixes and provide Level 2 technical support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Required)
- 5 or more years Salesforce Developer/Engineer, Administrator, or DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management and administration. (Required)
- 2 or more years experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems. (Required)
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Salesforce DX, and Lightning Platform (Required)
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, roles, profiles and permissions (Required)
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL (Required)
