In this role, you will perform a variety of services in administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sets routine priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, subject to applicable deadlines. Performs considerable coordination and follow-through.
- Performs a full scope of word-processing and spreadsheet applications, including merge-mail letters, as well as documents containing financial or statistical data or scientific, technical, or legal terminology.
- Receives calls and responds to routine questions. Gathers routine information from (or makes request of) other executive, professional, team members and/or outside vendors and clients.
- Schedules tentative appointments and may schedule team meetings per direction of direct supervisor.
- Coordinates with internal and external staff to accomplish moderately complex activities, such as scheduling, developing agendas or gathering material and ordering food and beverage for team meetings.
- Maintains office supplies, technical equipment, and files for the group.
- Able to create presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software.
- May respond to routine correspondence under own signature or draft response for review on more complex correspondence.
- Follows up on items delegated to others.
- Often responsible for gathering detailed information or performing considerable research.
- May have access and be responsible for confidential records or reports.
- Prepare expense reports and financials.
- Coordinate and arrange travel reservations.
- Coordinates, schedules, and reserves conference rooms for training and meetings, and responsible for setting up conference rooms with appropriate technology.
- Assist with Time Sheet entry.
- Assists with other duties as assigned within designated department.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma is required; some college or applicable business certification is preferred
- 3-5 years minimum of office/clerical experience
- Good organizational skills; attention to detail
- Keep confidential information
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communicate effectively verbally and in print
- Collaborate with others to accomplish organizational goals; identify and resolve problems

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
