As a Manufacturing Supervisor in the Pinellas Fabrication Department, you’ll lead a skilled team within processing areas such as Paint, Chem Film, Heat Treat, Deburr, CNC machining, routers, punch, and waterjet. Your leadership will be critical to achieving cost, quality, and scheduling goals for high-stakes production manufacturing areas.
What You Will Be Doing• Leading daily manufacturing operations, assigning tasks, and managing execution across the Pinellas Fabrication Department.
• Driving performance by aligning workforce activities with program goals in Quality, Schedule, and Cost.
• Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, material guidelines, and company policies to maintain high standards.
• Proactively managing continuous improvement, technical training, and developing workforce competencies.
• Providing a safe work environment, addressing any safety issues promptly, and performing essential supervisory tasks.
• Overseeing employee recruitment, development, assessments, and recognition to support individual and team growth.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Fabrication, Machining, and Assembly teams to align on production objectives.

Global DEI.Basic Qualifications:• Experience interpreting technical specifications incorporated with aerospace special processes.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, procedures, instruction manuals, specifications and engineering orders to clarify and resolve functional problems related to manufacturing process.
• Paint, Coatings, Chemical Conversion, Heat Treat, Fabrication, Machining, Assembly, or other manufacturing experience.
• Experience Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
