The F-22 Program is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the complex F-22 Modernization Pipeline annual software releases and enabling efforts. The F-22 Raptor Modernization program is continuing to grow as new capabilities are being added to the pipeline.
What You Will Be DoingResponsibilities include overall execution of contract requirements, cost / schedule management, staffing management, customer interactions, proposal development and product deliverables.
The successful candidate will have a blend of DoD new business capture, technical program execution and management experience. This is a highly visible role within the organization and will be responsible for the following:
• Execute all contract commitments and deliver on the objectives of the organization
• This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee the entire release pipeline process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services
• As the Release Pipeline Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team and coordinating with various departments to meet project goals and deadlines
• Strong understanding and working knowledge in Earned Value performance and level of effort contracts
• Capture and execution of relevant technology maturation through internal and contracted research and development (R&D)
• Strong analytical skills to effectively monitor and report on budget performance, to include analyze, develop and manage program budget allocations
• Identify and assess cross LOB and Business Unit opportunities
• Serve as the primary Software Release interfaces between Lockheed Martin and the customer for the Raptor Release program with responsibility for conducting briefings to internal and external program leadership
• Manage the interface with the F-22 Boeing teammate toward execution of all performance commitments
• Participate in development of business cases and program execution plans
• Accountable for behaviors consistent with leading and executing classified programs

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree or higher education
• Aerospace Development Project / Program Management Experience or Proficiency with Systems Engineering Development Process
• Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
