Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is currently seeking an experienced Software HWIL Test Engineer who will be responsible for integration/testing in a Sensor Computer-in-the-Loop/HWIL at our Dallas / Grand Prairie, Texas site.
What You Will Be Doing
Are you a highly skilled Real-Time, Embedded Software Engineer experienced in developing and
integrating software for a Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) environment?
You will support the development of HWIL software for real-time simulation, visualization, and unit-under-test hardware interfaces by performing the overall integration of sensor hardware/software with missile hardware in real time operations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in real-time embedded software development
• Ability to interpret customer needs, work with the team to develop software solutions, product backlogs, and provide technical feedback to the team
• Developing in Linux
• Proficiency in C/C++ (version 11 or higher for C++)
• Experience working with multidisciplined teams
• Final Secret Clearance
• Experience Integrating hardware and software
• Ability to physically come on site in Dallas laboratories for hardware and software integration
Desired Skills:
- Fortran, Bash Scripting experience
- Hands-on experience related to hardware testing and/or embedded systems and/or a simulation systems
- Git, Gitlab, JIRA experience
- Agile experience (scrum)
- Experience working with an RTOS
- Experience integrating simulations
- Experience integrating software with FPGAs
- Experience integrating closed loop systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of optical design, development, and test
- Demonstrated knowledge of HWIL implementation for RF seeker test and evaluation
- Proficient in programming and data analysis using MATLAB and MS Excel
- Experience with low-level device drivers/BSP work
- RF/Radar/Digital Signal Processing experience a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
