Position Summary
This Associate, Business Analytics role resides in the Data Management team and is responsible for creating and maintaining drug master data utilized in support of Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Mail and Coram pharmacy operations. This position interacts with a variety of internal business partners including Brand/Generic Contracting, Drug File Administration, Pharmacy Procurement, Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable and Pharmacy Practice teams.
Role Overview
- Department Hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM AZT (Flex Start)
- Hybrid Role: Once a month in office (may change to business needs)
- Training: 6-8 weeks
What you will do
- Setup and maintenance of product records in multiple systems to support order management, procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse management activities.
- Execution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilized to ensure purchase price accuracy for the CVS Coram line of business
- As knowledge of routine work is obtained, responsibilities may gradually increase to performing ad-hoc mass data updates as well as creating and/or running reports to ensure all data aligns with established data governance guidelines.
- Maintenance of critical data that serves as the foundation for the highly integrated PBM Mail and Coram pharmacy operations systems.
- As such it is expected that candidate is able to be productive using standardized procedures to evaluate data requests.
- Effectively determine when to seek out additional information.
- Offer potential solutions to solve routine issues, and achieve business objectives on-time, with minimal supervision.
- There is keen focus on performance metrics designed to measure the timeliness and accuracy with which work is completed relative to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years data analysis experience.
- 2 years Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or related healthcare experience.
- Must have basic Excel skills (copy, paste, enter data, etc.)
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Must reside within a 1-hour commute to the Scottsdale, AZ office.
Preferred Qualifications
- As this position involves exposure to and interaction with many internal business partners, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience with data maintenance and quality in a highly controlled environment is required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
Education
- College degree or equivalent work experience that matches position responsibilities.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $40.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
