We have an immediate need for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM across multiple products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). This is contract to perm opportunity that is 100% remote which offers competitive compensation (that will depend on level of experience).
Target Skills & Experience:
- Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including ability to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle.
- Strong ability to build comprehensive training materials to support implemented Salesforce solutions ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize new features and processes effectively.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
