The WorkThis position will support the sustainment and development of F-35 instructional products across the F-35 Pilot, Maintenance and ALIS training domains. You will perform as part of an engineering/training team to develop new products, conduct analysis, interpret, and analyze requirements obtained/derived from customer requirements. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Our team designs, models, documents, and guides the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes for complex applications. Analyzes needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications. May create standards or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance.
As a key member of our Systems Design team you will:
* Support the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional products
* Shape the design of F-35 training products to bring value to the customer
* Ensure 100% on-time delivery of instructional products
* Facilitate focused working groups with industry and service stakeholders
* Handle proprietary, classified, and unclassified data
* Lead special projects assigned by the leads
* Interface with Engineers, SMEs, Designers, interdisciplinary groups, and IPT leads.
Note: This position will be located at the Eglin ATC, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The position requires periodic travel.
This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds a Secret security clearance to start. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 7 year of professional experience
* Leadership skills; including coordinating tasking between multiple groups, leading meetings, developing/performing presentations, and working with cross-functional teams
* Experience working within the ALIS training domain
* Experience working within the Maintenance training domain
* Experience working in all phases of the ADDIE process
* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Experience designing, developing, and implementing military training
* Proficient with core Microsoft Office applications
Desired Skills:* Active SECRET security clearance or recently active SECRET clearance within 24 months
* Experience working with the F-35 Training System, Training Devices and Labs (Pilot and Maintenance)
* Extensive military or aviation training experience
* Experience working in an AGILE environment
* Experience using JIRA/Confluence Atlassian web-based tools
* Previous experience managing multiple projects and complex tasks
* Experience using JSF Data Library (JDL)
* Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
* Familiar with the F-35 Training System TCR process
* F-35 Experience Preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
